Chef Aldo Villani was our host and he prepared a slew of delicious recipes featuring ginger, including Thai Ginger Pineapple Cucumber Salad, Ginger Glazed Scallops and Ginger Orange Crème Brulée. We’ll be featuring his incredible recipes and more in our fall issue.
