Supporting a local arts group is the creative cornerstone of Success College's space in this year’s Dine By Design East.

Success College's Interior Decorating Class of 2014 is matched with Chef Ryan Hayes of Resto Urban Dining for Dine By Design East.

We’re thrilled this year to have a Dine By Design space designed by students at Success College’s Interior Decorating Class of 2014. Led by Chelsea Hill, the student team is a driven bunch who all share a serious passion for design and for supporting local causes.

For their Dine By Design East space entitled “Anything is possible,” the team was inspired by artwork from Team Possibles, an arts exploration group made up of young adults with Down Syndrome. Artwork and sculptures from the group will be showcased in the Success College space. “Each piece is as intriguing as the next, and we really wanted to capture that sense of curiosity in our design,” says Chelsea.

The Success College team is partnered with Chef Ryan Hayes of Resto Urban Dining. Ryan hails from Sussex, New Brunswick, and studied culinary arts at the New Brunswick Community College. He he has worked in a variety of restaurants, including Morris East, Fid Resto and the Cellar Bar and Grill. He is now chef and co-owner of Resto Urban Dining in Bedford, which opened in August 2013. One of the recipes Ryan is featuring at Dine By Design East is a Pulled Pork Pie, boasting slow-cooked local pork shoulder dressed with a house-blend of BBQ sauces and served in a savoury tart shell.
