Agave Blueberry Sparkling Iced Tea

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Prince Edward Distillery PEI Blueberry Vodka
  • 3/4 oz Agave syrup (Agave Nectar, available at major grocery stores)
  • soda water
  • 1 Earl Grey teabag

Directions:

  1. Shake vodka and Agave syrup, then strain into a Hurricane glass filled with cracked ice.
  2. Add teabag, top with soda water.
  3. Garnish with mint sprig and lemon wedge.
