Sweet amaro and spicy vermouth meet the warm, oaky taste of bourbon in this local take on a Boulevardier.

  • 1 oz(30 ml) Woodford Reserve Bourbon
  • 1/2 oz(15 ml) Bonal Sweet Vermouth
  • 1/2 oz(15 ml) Averna Amaro
  • 2-5 dashes of bitters (to taste)


  1. Mix ingredients into ice-filled mixing glass and stir.
  2. Strain into chilled rocks glass.
  3. Spritz with thick cut lemon zest and float on top for garnish.
