The Dyson Hot fan heater uses air multiplier technology to draw in air and amplify it, producing a constant stream of air that heats any room quickly and that covers a larger area than traditional space heaters. Lacking visible heating elements or fast-spinning blades, the heater has a low surface temperature and shuts off if tipped over. It comes with a magnetized remote control to adjust temperature, speed and osculating directions. The fan is available at hardware stores across Atlantic Canada. www.dysoncanada.ca
