Agave Blueberry Sparkling Iced TeaFebruary 18, 2011 Print

- 1.5 oz Prince Edward Distillery PEI Blueberry Vodka
- 3/4 oz Agave syrup (Agave Nectar, available at major grocery stores)
- soda water
- 1 Earl Grey teabag
- Shake vodka and Agave syrup, then strain into a Hurricane glass filled with cracked ice.
- Add teabag, top with soda water.
- Garnish with mint sprig and lemon wedge.
