- 2 tbsp capers
- 1 cup parsley
- Juice and zest of ½ lemon
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
1. Roughly chop parsley and capers, add to a bowl.
2. Add lemon zest, juice and minced garlic clove
3. Stir in olive oil, serve on the side of your favourite fish!
