Classic Cream Cheese Filling


This classic standby firms up well when chilled.


  • 125 g cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ tsp onion salt
  • Yellow food colour (optional)


  1. Beat all ingredients well.
  2. Add food colour until filling is mustard hued.
