Peachy Carrot Smoothie


A fresh and intensely aromatic smoothie that packs in a full serving of vegetables for breakfast, with the help of a high powered blender, of course.

  • 2 medium carrots, peeled
  • 3 white peaches, washed and pitted
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) lychee juice
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) cold water
  • 10 large mint leaves


  1. Place all items in a high-powered blender (like industrial blender or Vitamix) and enjoy.
