Salmon Fish Cakes

These fish cakes are simple but naturally delicious. Yields approximately 24 fish cakes.

Ingredients:

  • 2.5 lbs (1.1 kg) cooked, flaked salmon
  • 2.5 lbs (1.1 kg) mashed potatoes
  • Flour
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper (or other spices) to taste.

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients. Add spices for desired flavour.
  2. Form patty and coat evenly with flour.
  3. Fry in oil until golden brown.
