  • 2 oz The Newfoundland DistilleryCompany Seaweed Gin
  • ¾ oz fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • 8 mint leaves


  1. Shake all ingredients and strain into tall glass.
  2. Add extra mint leaf for garnish.
