The Gen & Tonic

  • 3/4 oz Jack’s Artisan Tonic
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 oz Bols Genever


Combine all ingredients and shake with cracked ice. Strain into a low-ball glass over fresh ice and top with soda water. Garnish with a freshly charred juniper branch.
